 My name is Jaime Lee Palladino and I am a 3rd generation Angeleno. I was born in Pasadena, raised in Burbank and educated in the valley having attended Notre Dame High School and graduated with a BA in Communication Studies from CSUN. I am multiethnic, of Chinese, English and Irish decent. Along with my husband we raise 3 kids and 4 dogs and reside in La Canada. I am also a 3rd generation realtor/builder/interior designer. My grandfather was a local general contractor for over 60 years, having built many homes and worked on high rises in DTLA. Finished carpentry was his specialty and was highly skilled in all aspects of building, which allowed my parents to flip homes, moving every two years. Of the 34 years my parents were married, they had lived in 14 different homes. I grew up witnessing home renovations as we lived through all of them. The smell of coffee and sawdust and the sound of a saw starting and stopping coupled with hammering and loud drops of lumber were absolutely normal sensory events of my childhood. 

Post college I started my career in fashion. After working for a few designers I started my own clothing line for a couple of years then went on to work for other brands like James Perse in corporate retail where I managed operations for his $4m flagship store in Beverly Hills and quickly became James’ Creative Liaison. Before exiting the company to start a family, I became the brands Department Manager for PR and Marketing. Working for such an innovator and visionary I was able to further enhance my own innate ability for vision and what it means to be a tastemaker. 

I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and have been an active agent with Compass and partners with my Mom since 2019. I love helping clients envision the possibilities in a new home or advise clients how best to prep their home to sell from paint color selection, necessary updates and furnished staging.

Beyond real estate sales, I’ve been able to hone in my past creative experience and project management skills as a fashion designer/home builder and interior designer that has allowed me the great fortune to consult, collaborate and manage many clients lifestyle and home design projects. I am fortunate to be able to say I love what I do.
